Our aim is to provide a full range of decor available to you at trade only prices, this then gives you the opportunity to mark up your prices. Boosting your profit margin without the expense of buying props and giving you and your clients access to a huge number of props and decor.
Our membership code of conduct is fundamental to protecting the brand we have built at Isla Blooms so please ensure you familiarise yourself with these. Ourselves and you are lucky enough to make a living using our creativity to make special occasions even more special and it is vital we protect pricing in particular, to ensure our industry remains profitable and sustainable.
We established Isla Blooms in 2019, named after our daughter ‘Isla Blue’. We have quickly grown to become one of the biggest suppliers of wedding and party decor in the North East. We are so busy especially during the summer months and i feel as though i am missing too much time with my children.
We have put years of work into Isla Blooms, A LOT of money, we’ve learned from every mistake in the book and we now want to share our knowledge and inventory and help other small businesses grow!
By creating a community of local businesses able to offer my standard of decor the aim is, I ultimately reduce the amount of work i take myself, giving me more time with my family.
I could not possibly put out all of my decor at any one time meaning a lot of my ranges and props sit in the unit and so...Isla Blooms Pro was born!
All decor provided to our trade customers will be offered at 50% discount to the price i would charge my clients direct. This offers an amazing mark up for you to do as you wish and get as creative as you like!
Decor will be split into 2 categories and we will have 2 types of membership available - One aimed at party/event’s and the other wedding. You can be a member of both or just 1 depending on the nature of your business.
The main difference will be all party/event props will have an RRP - Recommended Resell Price. Wedding Decor will have a Minimum Resell Price.
We will offer you a guideline RRP for the props and party hire but your own balloon work and decor can be factored in and these can be resold at prices to suit you BUT we are charging you - Half of the price that we could charge the client for the prop if they came direct to us.
For wedding decor such as the Luxe Ranges and Starlit dancefloor etc there is a MINIMUM RESELL PRICE which would be equal to what we would charge the customer direct. We have strong relationships with many other businesses in this industry and one of the values we all abide by is - we don’t undercut - You will build your client base based on what you offer and the prices you will be offering are already amongst the lowest in the industry. You can charge more if you wish, but never below the MRP.

An RRP is provided with all party and event decor props. This is the price we charge our customers to provide a guideline for pricing your own work. Most balloon/event stylists will charge for their own work so the price is provided to allow you to factor into your work what a customer would generally pay for this product alone. You should be charging appropriately for our props, not undercutting others but you are free to set your own prices for your work.
A MRP is provided with all wedding decor including but not limited too - our bespoke Luxe ranges, Starlit dancefloor, starlit backdrops, light up letters. The Minimum Resell Price is fixed and must be adhered to at all times. You must never advertise, promote or provide any of our wedding decor for less than the MRP. You are free to set your own prices, as high as you like, but never below the MRP. This ensures the industry and brand is protected and maintains a profitable and sustainable business model for all.
You should never pass on your discount to your client - the price you pay is TRADE and gives you the opportunity to then make a working profit and this should never be used to undercut other businesses.
You must hold your own Public Liability insurance - although you are hiring goods from us YOU are responsible for the safe and appropriate installation of all props. Full guidance and support will be provided, and we can also provide you with insurers details.
Imagery will be provided for all decor and you are free to advertise using our imagery. You must not use another members photography of their own work, using our props. Imagery is strictly restricted to Isla Blooms work from our dedicated page and website - Make collages, make insta posts, whatever you like just please ensure the images you are using are direct from either the website or our social media pages.
We want to promote a profitable, sustainable and enjoyable group of local businesses to support each other and grow your business and our code of conduct must be adhered too.
One Off Joining Fee
Pay one registration fee, this includes your set up to the booking system and watermarked pictures.
